Do I need a bank card?
No. You pay from your phone with M-Pesa, Tigo Pesa, Airtel Money or HaloPesa. We send a prompt to your number and you confirm with your PIN.
What does the free plan cost me later?
Nothing. Starter stays free for one shop. You only pay when you want more staff accounts, unlimited products, deeper reports or more stores.
Can I change plan later?
Yes. Upgrade from inside the app at any time, and pay monthly or yearly — yearly gives you two months free.
Does it work when the network is down?
Yes. Keep recording sales on the phone app with no signal; everything syncs the moment you are back online.
Can my staff use it without seeing everything?
Yes, from the Team plan. Each person gets their own login, you choose what they may see, and you can approve their sales before they count.
Do I need to install anything?
Not on a computer — the full dashboard opens in the browser you already have. On a phone there is an app for Android and iPhone, and the browser works there too.
Can I run more than one shop?
Yes, on Branches. You can run up to three shops, keep stock and sales separate per shop, and switch between them without logging out.
What happens to my records if I stop paying?
They stay. You drop back to the free Starter plan and keep one shop — nothing is deleted, and you can upgrade again whenever you like.
Can I get my figures out of it?
Yes. Any list can be exported to a spreadsheet, and invoices, receipts and customer statements download as PDFs you can print or send.
